Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & Stock Management o Maintain accurate stock records in SAP and perform daily transactions (GRN, GI, stock transfer, reservations). o Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation between physical vs. SAP stock. o Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory. o Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials. 2. Material Receiving & Issuance o Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation. o Prepare GRNs in SAP. o Issue materials to production/other departments against authorized requisitions (via SAP). o Maintain FIFO/FEFO and ensure compliance with storage guidelines. 3. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain all store documents such as inward/outward registers, delivery notes, and inspection reports. o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly SAP inventory reports. o Coordinate with finance for stock valuation and audit requirements. 4. SAP Operations (Mandatory) o Perform SAP MM transactions (GR, GI, Transfer Posting, Material Master viewing, etc.). o Create and manage reservations, purchase requisitions, and stock reports in SAP. o Resolve SAP-related issues with internal IT/SAP support team. 5. Coordination & Compliance o Coordinate with procurement, quality, logistics, and production teams for smooth material flow. o Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements. o Support continuous improvement initiatives in store processes.
