1. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
2. Prepare reports of Opening and Closing Stock
3. Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items
4. Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard.
5. Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.
6. Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
7. Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system
8. Inspect items and products for any breakages or damages.
9. Managing inventory controls.
10. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
11. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.12. Check inventory records for accuracy
