Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against invoices or purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medical and pharmaceutical items as per safety and quality guidelines. Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages or overstocking. Track expiry dates of medications and consumables; ensure FIFO/FEFO practices. Coordinate with departments for the timely delivery of materials and supplies. Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, returns, and wastage. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits and reporting. Liaise with vendors and the procurement team to follow up on orders and discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in inventory/store management, preferably in a hospital, healthcare supply environment.
