Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Store Officer

to manage site construction materials and inventory at our Ratnagiri project site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

construction site store operations

,

inventory management

, and

ERP/SAP systems

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records in

ERP/SAP

. Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for timely material availability. Ensure proper documentation of material movement and stock reconciliation. Implement and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the store area. Conduct periodic physical verification and stock audits. Monitor material consumption and prevent losses or misuse. Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status and material usage.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

6-7 years

of experience in

site construction store management

. Hands-on experience with

ERP/SAP inventory modules

. Strong understanding of construction materials and equipment. Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments. Good communication and organizational skills.
