Manage inventory of medical equipment and components such as SpO2 sensors, ECG LED cables, lithium batteries, control boards, etc.
Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and specification compliance.
Maintain accurate stock records in Excel or inventory software.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of all medical parts and equipment.
Issue materials as per internal requirements and maintain documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
Coordinate with procurement and service teams for material availability.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage area.
Generate and share daily/weekly MIS reports on stock status.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the
medical devices/equipment
sector.
Strong knowledge of components used in medical equipment (SpO2, ECG cables, lithium batteries, control boards, etc.).
Proficient in
MS Excel
and basic inventory software.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage stock independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
