Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for making challan for movement of goods for outside job work on material movement slip.

JD for Store store executive ( minimum experience 6 years) 1. Responsible for making challan for movement of goods for outside job work on material movement slip. 2. Responsible for entry in ERP of incoming of material received after job work processing and ensure status of challan to close in ERP Challan status report. 3. Responsible for generation of GRN. 4. Responsible for submission of challan open report on monthly basis to accounts department by 10th of next month. 5. Responsible for issuance for subsidiary challan for outward movement of goods and got invoice issued from Accounts Department. 6. Responsible for submit Invoice to account Department within 24 hours 7.Responsible to maintain 5S in store daily basis 8.Responsible to clear pending challah in system and follow-up with vendor regarding Invoice 9.Responsible to share daily basis incoming report 10. Responsible-at the time of physical variation to count material and prepare report after counting 11 Strong coordination with Gate, Account & Purchase department 12.Responsible to share incoming report on daily basis 13 Ensure store setting of consumable store (Location to be identify) 14 Good knowledge of store material and process
