The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the store's overall productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
:
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Receive, inspect, and record new stock.
Conduct regular stock audits and manage discrepancies.
Customer Service
:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently.
Ensure a clean and organized store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales and Marketing
:
Implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Promote new products and special offers.
Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and displays.
Store Operations
:
Supervise and train store staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage cash registers and financial transactions accurately.
Reporting
:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
