Department - Store

Qualification - B.com

Exp - 1 - 5 year

Key Responsibilities:.

Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, issue, and posting of materials in the stock ledger/system. Handle Material Planning & Control (MPC) activities such as:
o Minimum-Maximum levels

o Re-order levels

o ABC analysis

o Control of non-moving and slow-moving items

Supervise and manage physical activities related to loading, unloading, storage, identification, preservation, and safe handling of materials. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and support annual stock audits, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and records. Coordinate with the Purchase Department for low-stock, excess-stock, and critical items, including regular follow-ups. Handle and manage various categories of materials, including:
o End fittings

o Bought-out items

o Consumables

o Spare parts

o Office stationery

o Packing materials

Work closely with user departments to ensure timely availability of required materials and parts. Manage and maintain RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) and NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass) processes. Ensure regular scrap identification, segregation, and disposal as per company procedures. Prepare, maintain, and present MIS reports related to inventory, stock movement, consumption, and shortages. Actively contribute as part of the Stores team, sharing ideas and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Recommend and implement process and procedure improvements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and service quality. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
