Job Title: Store Executive - Raw Material (Textile)

About the Role:

We are looking for a

Store Executive

to manage the

Raw Material & Packaging Material (RMPM) Store

for a textile/garment manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

inventory control, stock maintenance, and Tally operations

, ensuring smooth material flow and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain daily stock records for raw materials and packaging items.

? Manage inward and outward movement of materials as per production requirements.

? Update stock entries and transactions in

Tally

on a regular basis.

? Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for material availability.

? Conduct regular

physical stock verification

and reconcile with system data.

? Ensure proper labeling, storage, and cleanliness of the store area.

? Prepare and maintain GRN, issue slips, and stock reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Basic knowledge of

Tally

and

MS Excel

.

? Good understanding of

store management and stock handling

.

? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a

textile or garment manufacturing store

.

? Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.

? Ability to manage and organize stock efficiently.
