Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening/closing procedures.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/procurement team for replenishment.
Maintain records of sales, returns, damages, and stock movements.
Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure service standards and store policies are consistently followed.
Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to responsibilities.
Assist in training new employees on store processes and customer service.
Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and performance standards.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Manage billing, cash handling, and reconciliation at the end of the day.
Ensure adherence to company policies for cash register operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in retail/store operations (1-3 years ideal).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS/billing systems.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
