Operations:
Oversee day-to-day store operations, which may include opening and closing the store, managing cash registers, and ensuring the store is clean and safe.
Staff Supervision:
Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and adhere to store policies and procedures.
Sales and Merchandising:
Implement merchandising strategies to arrange products attractively, monitor sales, and prepare sales reports to help the store achieve its financial goals.
Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment and ensure smooth operations within the store's supply chain.
