Job Responsibilities:

Attend and serve customers with a positive and courteous attitude Handle store operations including billing, stock management, and cleanliness Execute daily sales and marketing activities to boost footfall and brand awareness Manage billing software and POS systems efficiently Support in customer service and grievance handling Serve food items as per brand standards ensuring quality and hygiene Assist in promotional campaigns and upselling of products Maintain records and daily sales reports Coordinate with the backend team for stock and supply chain needs
