Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning Supervise and support staff in providing excellent customer service Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising Utilize POS systems and cash registers for transactions Implement strategies to drive retail sales and meet targets Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Experience

Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively Proficiency in basic math for inventory tracking and financial transactions Bilingual proficiency is a plus Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
