The Store Executive at Jetcotech Engineering is responsible for efficient handling of all store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials. The role ensures accurate stock management, proper documentation, and timely availability of materials for production and projects. The incumbent will verify incoming goods, maintain organized storage, issue materials as per approved requests, and manage outward dispatches in line with company procedures. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting cost and quality compliance within the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities
Material Receipt
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Coordinate with Quality Department for inspection and acceptance.
Store materials systematically in designated locations.
Material Issuance
Issue materials as per approved requisitions following FIFO principles.
Record all transactions accurately in ERP or stock registers.
Material Dispatch
Prepare and dispatch materials for projects or customers as per instructions.
Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and coordination with logistics.
Inventory Management
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date ERP records and documentation for audit readiness.
Ensure store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.
