Job Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements Provide product information and assist customers in selection Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant in-store experience Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store Manage daily stock, refilling shelves, and basic inventory checks Coordinate with store manager for daily operations Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints politely Follow store policies and operational guidelines

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented approach Basic billing and cash-handling knowledge Presentable and polite personality Ability to work in shifts Basic computer knowledge (preferred)

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate Freshers can apply Retail / Store experience will be an added advantage
