Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies as per purchase orders.
Verify quantity, quality, and documentation (invoice, delivery challan, test certificates).
Raise GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and report discrepancies immediately.
Ensure proper storage, tagging, and stacking of items according to category.
Keep store areas clean, organized.
2. Dispatch Management and Certifications
Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requisitions.
Prepare certificates of the procured items and keep the file ready for dispatch
Coordinate with logistics team for timely dispatch of finished goods.
4. Inventory Control
Maintain accurate stock entries in ERP/software (Tally / Zoho / Excel).
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete items and report to management.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and material tracking sheets.
Prepare daily stock status, consumption reports, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support internal/external audits.
6. Coordination
Work closely with purchase, production, and quality teams for material planning.
Follow up with vendors for delivery updates where required.
Support implementation of process improvements in store operations.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management.
Familiarity with ERP/Tally systems and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
