Material Receipt & Verification
Receive and verify incoming materials for quality and quantity compliance.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update ERP records accordingly.
Coordinate with the quality team to ensure materials meet specifications before acceptance.
Report and process discrepancies through debit notes and necessary adjustments.2Material Storage & Preservation
Store materials in designated areas with proper labeling and traceability.
Apply rust preventive measures to susceptible materials and conduct regular inspections.
Ensure hazardous materials are stored following safety protocols.
Monitor shelf-life tracking and replace expired items proactively.3Material Issue & Inventory Control
Issue materials based on approved MRN or ERP-generated requests.
Follow FIFO and shelf-life-based issuance policies.
Conduct routine stock checks and ensure accurate reconciliation with ERP data.
Ensure the order is place for materials which reach reordering level.
Assist in periodic physical stock verifications and discrepancy resolutions.4Subcontracting & Dispatch Coordination
Ensure correct materials and quantities are dispatched to subcontractors/vendors.
Track subcontracted materials and ensure timely follow-up for returns.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for on-time deliveries and proper documentation.5Reporting & Documentation
Maintain all necessary records for QMS and ISO compliance.
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports on stock, variances, and material movements.
Keep track of GRNs, material issue records, and dispatch documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,343.97 - ₹34,549.11 per month
