Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of packaging materials.
2. Store Operations:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of packaging materials.
- Ensure the store/warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices.
3. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
4. Logistics and Coordination:
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
- Manage the movement of goods within the store/warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports and analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.
