Key duties involve stock management, staff supervision, maintaining store
standards, and preparing reports.
Responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store, coordinating
with suppliers and the accounts team, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Receive and process incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders for accuracy.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Ensure proper storage, preservation, and organization of all materials.
Prepare and manage documents like Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Material Return Notes (MRNs). o Assist customers with inquiries, recommend products, and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction. o Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. o Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures. o Supervise, train, and lead store staff to meet sales and service goals. o Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. o Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics. o Coordinate with the accounts team to submit invoices and ensure timely payments. o Support the store manager in developing strategies to increase sales and improve store performance. o Monitor merchandising and implement store policies.
