Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Store executive

to manage our SAP S4 HANA operations and ensure smooth material and inventory management aligned with monthly production plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and planning of

Material

. Plan and execute production schedules to achieve monthly targets. Handle

manpower management & resource planning

, ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading of materials. Maintain

minimum/safety stock levels

for all items. Conduct

monthly physical verification of inventory

as per SOP. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material supply. Handle

BOM (Bill of Material) and code creation/correction

in SAP. Carry out

daily and monthly stock verification

. Carry out daily dispatch plan and taking all production entry and invoicing.

Requirements:

Knowledge of

SAP S4 HANA

(Material Management module preferred). Strong understanding of

inventory control and material planning

. Good communication and vendor coordination skills. Planning of material and maintaining minimum stock level. Experience:

0 to 5 years

in a relevant role.
