Job Description

We are looking for a

dedicated and proactive Store Executive

to manage daily retail operations, ensure smooth customer experience, maintain stock integrity, and support overall store performance. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and customer-centric, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment. Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Receive, verify, and record incoming stock. Conduct regular inventory checks to avoid discrepancies. Ensure proper product display and merchandising.

Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers and provide product guidance. Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs. Handle billing and manage POS systems. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily sales reports and stock movement logs. Coordinate with warehouse, management, and other teams for smooth operations. Support promotional activities and in-store branding requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in retail/store operations (preferably in apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brands). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/POS systems). Good understanding of inventory and store management. Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. Ability to multitask and handle store independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

sports, outdoor, or motorcycle gear

retail is a plus. Ability to manage visual merchandising and store layout improvements.
