Key Responsibilities:-



We Need Civil material knowledge.



Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and verify supplier invoices for payment. Follow up on orders, monitor backlog, and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate between the Engineering Department and Store operations. Maintain accurate inventory records and update master data regularly. Keep proper documentation for all store-related activities. Use MS Word, Excel, and internet tools for day-to-day operations. Support daily purchasing operations, including planning, issuing, and tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment schedules. Receive materials as per the purchase order and verify their quality and quantity. Issue materials to the Engineering Department as per requirements. Follow up with vendors for bills, orders, and material status. Visit vendors' offices for order and bill status updates when required. Visit project sites to deliver or inspect materials when needed.
Possess working knowledge of materials used in water projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
