About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a

Store Executive

to manage both

Raw Material and Finished Goods

departments in the Stamping / Die-Making Industry. This position plays a vital role in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring smooth material flow, and supporting production and dispatch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials and finished goods against purchase or dispatch orders. Maintain accurate records of

inward, outward, and transfer stock

for both raw materials and finished goods. Ensure proper

storage, identification, and segregation

of materials to prevent damage or mix-ups. Coordinate with

production, procurement, and dispatch

teams for timely availability and movement of materials. Monitor stock levels, prepare material requirement reports, and assist in procurement planning. Conduct

regular stock audits

and reconcile discrepancies with accounting and production data. Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward materials, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and dispatch reports. Ensure compliance with

safety, housekeeping, and 5S

standards in the store area.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

12th Pass to Graduate (any Stream)

Experience:

Freshers with eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years' experience in Stamping / Die-Making or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong knowledge of stock handling and inventory recording. Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred). Good communication and teamwork abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible for stock accuracy. Ability to work in shop-floor and warehouse environments.

Work Environment & Requirements

Shift Pattern:

Day

Overtime:

May be required during peak production or dispatch periods.

Physical Work:

Comfortable handling raw materials, metal sheets, dies, and finished goods packaging.

Safety:

Must adhere to company safety and material handling protocols.
