. is urgently looking for a

Store Executive to manage purchase entries, maintain stock & records, and support accounts and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain day-to-day purchase entries in Tally ERP. Record and update purchase transactions accurately in the accounting system. Maintain purchase and stock registers with proper documentation. Manage inventory of tools, consumables, and other items. Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before entry. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports. Coordinate with staff to update stock status. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for audit and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's Degree (Commerce or any field). 1-2.5 years of experience in purchase/accounts/record management. Knowledge of Tally or ERP preferred. Strong MS Excel and documentation skills. Accuracy, responsibility, and good communication skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
