The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, maintaining stock levels, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits.
Ensure timely replenishment of goods and coordinate with the purchase/supply chain team.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store hygiene and display standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Track and report sales performance and prepare MIS reports as required.
Monitor stock movement to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards.
Train and supervise junior staff or store assistants, if applicable.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely delivery and returns.

Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word) and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in store operations/retail/warehouse management.
Freshers with strong learning ability may also be considered.
