Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assisting the customer though the buying cycle
Supporting retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory management, reporting and merchandisingClosing and opening of the store responsibly
Driving store level salesSupporting the manager and team
Managing store assets and equipmentMaintaining in-store visual merchandise
Providing feedback and on ground insights Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in Retail sales
Prior experience with an international fashion brand or a footwear brandCustomer service orientation
Comfortable in relevant computer applicationsKnowledge of customer service principles and practices
Verbal and written communication skills - EnglishTeam player with good listening skills
Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic mannerHonest, mature and well-organized
Willingness to work hard, take on a diverse mix of tasks and possess a positive, "can-do" attitudeBachelor's Degree from any stream
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
