Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all received materials.
Issue materials to site teams and generate Goods Issue Notes (GINs) as per requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and regularly update the inventory management system.
Monitor stock levels, track consumption, and report shortages or slow-moving items.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper tagging, labeling, and systematic storage of all items.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and usage reports.
