Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain proper inventory records using stock management software or SAP B1. Or manual ledgers.
Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of materials to departments or customers.
Organize and manage the store layout for easy accessibility and efficiency.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper labeling of items in the store.
Coordinate with purchase and production teams for stock planning and requisitions.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock levels.
Follow company procedures for goods return, replacement, and disposal.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems (basic level).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (preferred).
1-2 years of relevant experience in a store or warehouse role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
