We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth inventory management, excellent customer service, and adherence to store policies. Roles & Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained. Track inventory
movement, restock products, and handle inventory audits.
Customer Service:
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.
Product Display:
Ensure that products are neatly displayed in accordance with the store's standards. Keep the store clean and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales Assistance:
Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and suggesting additional items to customers. Support the team in executing promotional campaigns.
Cash Handling:
Manage cash register and perform transactions accurately. Process
payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash balance.
Store Operations:
Assist in opening and closing the store as per the operational
requirements. Monitor store activities and report any discrepancies.
Stock Replenishment:
Work closely with the stock team to ensure shelves are replenished regularly. Maintain product knowledge to efficiently assist customers.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the store team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Work closely with the Store Manager to address operational needs.
Reporting:
Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, and report any damaged or expired items. Provide timely feedback to management on store performance.
Adherence to Policies:
Ensure store policies, safety protocols, and health regulations are followed consistently.
Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact
effectively with customers and the store team.

Ability to maintain accuracy in stock levels, customer transactions, and product displays.
