The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate records, handling inventory movement, and supporting service operations. This role is crucial in ensuring timely availability of genuine parts and accessories for brands such as Ducati.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts, riding gear, and accessories.
Coordinate with service and sales departments for part requirements.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts while maintaining accurate stock records.
Issue parts to service technicians as per job card requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and track movement of inventory (inward/outward).
Ensure the store is organized, clean, and follows safety and brand standards.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics for timely part deliveries.
Update inventory management systems (DMS/ERP) and generate daily/weekly reports.
Assist in visual merchandising of premium accessories and riding gear.
