Job Responsibilities

:

Manage daily store operations including material inward/outward entry and stock handling Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely material availability Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies Generate GRN, issue slips, stock reports through SAP/STERP Monitor and maintain stock levels, initiate reorders as necessary Conduct periodic physical stock verification Ensure safe storage and proper tagging of materials Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly stock reports Follow FIFO and maintain material shelf-life and traceability

Key Requirements

:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a store/inventory management role Proficiency in

SAP

and

STERP

software Strong knowledge of store procedures, documentation, and material handling Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and good communication skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
