Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Tally Prime and/or ERP systems.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure reconciliation with system records.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions to avoid shortages.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and purchase teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement and consumption.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Commerce/Management or related discipline.
1+ years of experience in store operations/inventory management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and Tally Prime.
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage operational staff.
