Job Title: Store Executive- Maintenance

Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification:
Graduation in any Stream/Diploma/ Degree in Mechnical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
Industry: Molding & Printing and Lamination Industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts and consumables.
? Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure required materials are available.
? Maintain stock records, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
? Ensure timely procurement of maintenance-related items.
? Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and create purchase requisitions.
? Liaise with vendors and suppliers for quotations and delivery follow-ups.
? Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of tools and materials.
? Maintain an organized and secure store area.
? Conduct periodic stock audits.
? Support preventive maintenance planning by ensuring parts availability.
