Experience: Fresher / Exp in sales. Qualification: SSC and above.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming customers. Keep smiling.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend, advice leading to sales of Mobile handset& accessories.
  • Deal with queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Learn billing & payment process.
  • Keep store neat and hygiene at all times including stock display as per set guidelines.
  • Follow store rules and process.

  • Meet sales targets.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product explanation and detailing.
  • Explaining other products available to generate lead.
  • Helping Co-executives on need for closing sales and selling process.
  • Reporting to Store manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with experience in retail, customer service or Sales Experience are preferred.
  • Team Player, Positive attitude with good communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and learn fast.
