. The role focuses on accurate documentation, report preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth store and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update store and inventory data in Excel sheets and ERP systems
Maintain daily inward, outward, and stock balance records
Prepare and update material registers, issue records, and stock sheets
Maintain proper documentation for challans, invoices, and GRNs
Generate MIS reports related to stock, consumption, and pending materials
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Procurement, and Site teams for data updates
Verify data accuracy and ensure timely updates in all records
Maintain digital and physical filing of store-related documents
Assist in periodic stock reconciliation and audits (data support)
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all store data
Skills Required:
Strong data entry and Excel skills (VLOOKUP/basic formulas preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Word and basic ERP systems
High accuracy and attention to detail
Basic understanding of store and inventory processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as Data Entry Operator, Store Assistant, or Inventory Executive
Experience in real estate, construction, or project-based organizations
Knowledge of MIS reporting and inventory documentation
