to manage and control all store operations including material inward, ERP entries, stock maintenance, and issue tracking. The candidate should have hands-on experience in store documentation, production issue management, and inter-department material transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inward material receipts
and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Perform
ERP entries / stock entries
for all inward and outward materials.
Manage
material issue
to production and other departments based on authorized requisitions.
Record and track
production issues
in ERP to maintain accurate consumption data.
Prepare and maintain
port / plant transfer documentation
and ensure smooth material movement between departments or locations.
Maintain daily stock records, GRN, issue slips, return slips, and stock reconciliation reports.
Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure physical and system stock accuracy.
Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and 5S standards in the store area.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock and material usage reports.
Requirements:
Education:
PUC /Diploma / B.Com / Any Graduate.
Experience:
2-5 years in a manufacturing or industrial store environment.
Computer Skills:
MS Excel, ERP system knowledge (Tally / SAP / BUSY, etc.).
Good knowledge of inward/outward documentation, GRN, and stock reconciliation.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Salary:
?15,000 - ?18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
