Experience Required:

3 - 6 Years (in stores)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and safety of materials. Perform regular Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP system. Verify and cross-check Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Challans, and Invoices. Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Ensure timely inward and outward movement of stock. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation. Issue materials as per requirement to production/maintenance departments. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or any relevant field
