Job Description

Customer Experience & Sales:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge. Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Handle POS billing and ensure accuracy in transactions. Build long-term customer relationships by providing tailored service.

Store Operations:

Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually merchandised as per brand guidelines. Maintain stock levels and conduct daily inventory checks to avoid shrinkage. Assist with inward and outward movement of stock and timely GRN entries. Support the Store Manager in daily reporting and shift planning.

Compliance & Discipline:

Follow SOPs related to hygiene, grooming standards, and operational protocols. Ensure safety measures and loss prevention controls are in place.
Participate in regular store audits and training sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
