Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per company procedures
Maintain accurate stock records, registers, and inventory reports
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase/production teams for timely replenishment
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
Maintain inward and outward material documentation (GRN, challans, issue slips, etc.)
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments when required
Follow company policies and support audit requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of proven experience as a Store Executive or Store Keeper
Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software preferred)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
Good communication and coordination skills
