We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage and oversee our store operations in the handicraft manufacturing unit located in Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and a strong understanding of inventory, procurement, and production-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Tally ERP Operations*

Manage and maintain the store inventory using Tally ERP.
Issue Job Orders and Purchase Ordersto vendors.
Generate and manage Delivery Challans, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Production Plans*.

Track Job Work Status, Production Reports*, and follow-ups.

Inventory & Documentation*

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Keep accurate records of all purchase, job work, and vendor-related documents*.

Vendor Management*

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
3-5 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably in manufacturing or handicrafts.
Proficiency in Tally ERPis essential.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and follow-up abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
