ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced

Stores Executive

to manage end-to-end inventory operations including raw materials, packing materials (Drums & IBCs), spares, and finished goods while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with chemical industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials
? FIFO / FEFO compliance and safe chemical storage
? GRN, stock registers, bin cards, ERP & Excel records
? Coordination with Production, QC & Logistics
? Physical stock verification and variance reconciliation
? Proper labelling, MSDS availability & material segregation
? Inventory level monitoring and indent raising
? Handling rejections, returns & non-conforming materials

REQUIRED SKILLS

? Hazardous chemical handling knowledge
? Inventory control & documentation expertise
? ERP & MS Excel proficiency
? Strong coordination & compliance focus
