Qualification: B.com / M.com (Tally is mandatory)

Experience: 2 TO 5 Year

Job location: Pore Vadodara

Salary: 25k to 30K Pm(Herbal and Pharma company experience require)

:

To maintain Stock of raw material, packing Material and Finished goods.

Maintain and Adhere all the stores receiving operations including physical checking, counting.

Responsible for receiving material and issuing material daily for batch production.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders.

Coordination with transporters, accounts and production department for timely availability of Material.

Entire documentation work related to store, issuance and purchase.

Processes all orders and prepares daily billing

Processes incoming purchases for inventory control and payment using available software.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good Knowledge of M.S. Office (Excel), Tally ERP and Other accounting software.

Must be well versed in English Communication both written and Verbal.

Audits monthly accounting reports and corrects discrepancies with Accounts Payable.

Serves as liaison between internal staff and external agencies and vendors.

Responds to internal and external order inquiries and purchasing policies and procedures

Should be a good Team Member.
