Job Description

We are looking for a

Store Executive

to manage all store-related activities, including

inward and outward material handling, stock maintenance, and inventory control

. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records of all store transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inward and outward

movement of materials, raw materials, and finished goods. Maintain proper records of

GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

and

Dispatch Documents

. Conduct

daily stock updates

and reconcile physical stock with system records. Ensure

proper storage, labeling, and stacking

of materials to maintain order and safety. Coordinate with the

production and purchase departments

for timely material availability. Monitor and report

inventory levels

, and raise requests for replenishment as needed. Maintain

issuance records

of materials to production and other departments. Ensure compliance with

company policies

and

inventory control procedures

. Support in

monthly/quarterly stock audits

and resolve discrepancies, if any. Keep the store area clean, organized, and secure.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of

store operations, inventory management, and documentation.

Proficiency in

MS Excel, or ERP systems

for record maintenance.

Good understanding of

inward/outward and stock reconciliation processes.

Strong

numerical and analytical skills

for inventory control.

Excellent

communication and coordination

abilities.

Ability to

work independently and handle multiple tasks

efficiently.

Strong sense of

responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of

safety and material handling practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Store Management / Logistics / Supply Chain (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
