Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing stock with proper documentation.
Maintain records of material receipts, issues, and returns.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and arrangement of materials.
Regularly update inventory management systems.
Coordinate with the purchase department for stock replenishment.
Conduct physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding material handling and storage.
Assist in preparing MIS reports related to inventory and stock movements.
Support other departments with timely issuance of materials.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of store/inventory management.
Basic understanding of accounting and stock ledger.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
