Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management system regularly.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
Issue raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods as per requisition.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for material flow.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies within the store.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock reports, and other required documentation.
Handle logistics support for dispatch and packaging of finished goods.
Identify and report slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock.
