Job Description

The Store Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the store's visual standards.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations. Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling/cross-selling. Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, offers, and promotions. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Ensure proper merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays. Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and reporting shortages. Process billing, payments, and documentation accurately. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS, and MS Office. Good presentation and grooming standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
