SCOPE OF WORK :-
1 Responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
2 Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations within the store, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing cash registers.
3 Store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and procedures.
4 Ensuring the store is well-maintained, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
5 Implementing strategies to minimize stock outs, reduce excess inventory, and optimize inventory turnover.
6 Collaborating with other departments to forecast inventory needs and ensure adequate stock levels.
7 Preparing and analyzing sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
8 Identifying and resolving operational and inventory-related issues effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
