Roles and Responsibilities

? Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations

? Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

? Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking

? Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

? Maintain store cleanliness and organization

? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

? Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Desired Candidate Profile

? Bachelor's degree in any field or a relevant field preferred

? Leadership and customer management abilities

? Customer service-oriented

? Good communication and interpersonal skills

? Pleasant personality and positive attitude

PG: Any Postgraduate
