Inventory Management:
Managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability, and coordinating with suppliers for timely restocking.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
Sales and Promotion:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and potentially participate in promotional activities.
Staff Supervision:
Training and supervising store staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing sales and inventory reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and communicating findings to management.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
