2-3 Years of relevant experience in store and warehouse management

Job Roles & Responsibility:
1. Maintain and update stock records accurately
2. Manage overall warehouse and inventory activities
3. Ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry in the system
4. Monitor packing quality and ensure goods are in proper condition
5. Conduct regular physical verification of materials
6. Ensure systematic daily stock updates
7. Maintain issue slips and stock issue entries
8. Handle RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) & NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass) data
9. Prepare and verify dispatch packing lists and delivery challans
10. Oversee transportation entries and coordination
11. Negotiate transportation rates and follow up on logistics
12. Ensure timely material issuance to respective departments
13. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and reporting formats
14. Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company standards
